TERMS & CONDITIONS / ADVOCATE ONBOARDING AGREEMENT
1. QuickLegalHelp is a technology platform and is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
2. Listing of an Advocate on the Platform does not amount to endorsement, recommendation, ranking, or guarantee of work or outcome.
3. The Advocate confirms that all provided details are true and that they are duly enrolled and entitled to practise under the Advocates Act, 1961.
5. The Advocate shall not use the Platform for solicitation or advertising in violation of Bar Council of India Rules.
6. The Platform may collect private user feedback for internal quality and compliance purposes only. No public ratings or rankings are published.
7. The Platform may suspend or delist the Advocate for false information, platform misuse, policy violations, or repeated unresolved complaints. Such delisting is an administrative decision and not a disciplinary finding.
8. The Advocate consents to identity, enrolment, and address verification for platform eligibility and agrees to processing of personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Residential address information shall be kept confidential and shall not be displayed publicly.
10. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
